Surat police recovers stolen gold jewellery

સરથાણા વિસ્તારમાં એક મહિલા કોઈ શુભ પ્રસંગ બાદ રિક્ષામાં ઘરે આવતા હતા ત્યારે તેઓ પોતાનું દાગીના ભરેલું બેગ રિક્ષામાં ભૂલી ગયા હતા. રિક્ષામાંથી ઉતાર્યા બાદ મહિલાને પોતાનું બેગ રિક્ષામાં ભુલાઈ ગયું હોવાનો ખ્યાલ આવતા જ મહિલાએ આ વાતની જાણ સરથાણા પોલીસ મથકમાં કરી હતી.
સરથાણા પોલીસે મહિલાની ફરિયાદ બાદ રસ્તા પર લાગેલા CCTV કેમેરાના ફૂટેજના આધારે રિક્ષાનો નંબર મેળવી રિક્ષાચાલક વિશે માહિતી મેળવી હતી. માહિતીના આધારે સરથાણા ડિ-સ્ટાફના 3 કર્મચારીઓએ રિક્ષાચાલક અને રિક્ષા વિશે તપાસ કરતા રિક્ષા ચાલાક પોતાની રિક્ષા સુરતમાં મૂકી મહિલાનું બેગ લઈને રાજસ્થાન ચાલ્યો ગયો હોવાની જાણકારી પ્રાપ્ત થઈ હતી. જાણકારી અનુસાર સરથાણા ડિ-સ્ટાફના 3 કર્મચારી રિક્ષા ચાલકને પકડવા રાજસ્થાન રવાના થયા હતા. રાજસ્થાનમાં આરોપી રિક્ષા ચાલકની ધરપકડ કરી અને આરોપી સાથે 5 હજાર રૂપિયા રોકડા અને 30 તોલા જેટલા સોનાના દાગીનાનો મુદ્દામાલ રિકવર કર્યો હતો. આરોપીને રાજસ્થાનથી સુરત સરથાણા પોલીસ સ્ટેશનમાં લાવીને આરોપી વિરુદ્ધ જાણવાજોગ ફરિયાદ દાખલ કરી મહિલાને પોતાના દાગીના અને રોકડ રકમ પરત કરવામાં આવશે..
