The 911 call that landed Demi Moore in the hospital has just been released. And it turns out she was smoking something prior to having convulsions.
'She smoked something. It's not marijuana, but it's similar to it. It's similar to incense,' said a female caller. 'She seems to be having convulsions of some sort.'
The ambulance came and rushed her to a local hospital where she stayed for a few days after being released.
The caller also said that 'She's semi-conscious, barely. She's convulsing. She's shaking, convulsing, burning up.'
Demi's ex has left Brazil and rushed back to Los Angeles to be by her side as she gets better..

'Really, it was over the last year her friends saw a change,' a source told PEOPLE. 'She wasn't sleeping as well, didn't seem to be eating and looked really gaunt.'
Sources close to both Ashton and Demi said that her prescription drug use was also a big turn off.
'It was a sticking point for Ashton. He wanted her to take care of herself and get a hold of things, and she wouldn't.'
Moore's publicist didn't comment on the reports of substance abuse, but said the actress is seeking treatment for 'stress and exhaustion.' Yeah, inhaling whipped cream can be pretty exhausting.
