It's that time of year...the February issues-aka Love issues- of magazines are hitting the news stands and nothing says 'romance' like this couple- check it out.

Inside the mag Neil dishes on the first time they hung out- at an American Idol viewing party and Neil admits he was smitten.

'I just stammered around him,' he says.
'I couldn't take my eyes off him.

The pair- who have adopted sons Gideon Rubin and Harper- say they are planning on tying the knot and describing each other as 'husband'.
Neil tells the mag:

I'm not the biggest fan of the word 'partner': It either means that we run a business together or we're cowboys. 'Boyfriend' seems fleeting, like maybe we met two weeks ago.
