डा. राजेंद्र प्रसाद राजकीय आयुर्विज्ञान चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय टांडा (टीएमएसी) में मात्र नौ महीनों के बाद रैगिंग का मामला फिर सामने आया है। रैगिंग के दौरान जूनियर डाक्टरों से मारपीट की गई और उनके कपड़े भी फाड़ डाले। शिकायत के अनुसार रैगिंग व मारपीट की यह घटना बुधवार, पांच जून की रात को करीब छह से साढ़े सात बजे के बीच में हुई थी। कालेज प्रशासन ने शिकायत मिलने के बाद मामले की जांच कमेटी के माध्यम से करवाई। जांच कमेटी ने जूनियर छात्रों के साथ रैगिंग होने की पुष्टि की है। जांच कमेटी की सिफारिश पर कॉलेज प्रशासन ने आरोपी चारों सीनियर छात्रों को नियमानुसार एक साल और छह माह के लिए कॉलेज से निष्कासित दिया है। साथ ही एक लाख व 50 हजार रुपये जुर्माना लगाया है।
