A truly democratic form of information dissemination, community radio projects across India have been phenomenal success stories in not only empowering the community by giving them fast and accurate information, but also making the local population a part of the media production. 'Can You Hear Me?' narrates stories of three community radio initiatives from across the country - Sangam Radio from rural Andhra Pradesh, Ujjas Radio in Gujarat and the Namma Dhwani radio project in Budikote.
