According to TMZ, Kardashian's lawyer Laura Wasser filed the legal documents, which cited 'irreconcilable differences.' Kardashian reportedly is not seeking spousal support, and asks that the judge reject any request for spousal support from Odom. She is also allegedly asking the judge to legally remove Odom from her last name. In their prenup, the former couple reportedly kept all of their property separate.


The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 29, and NBA player, 34, married in September 2009 after one month of dating. The couple has been estranged over the past several months following revelations of Odom's drug use and cheating.


A source close to the reality star shares in the new issue of Us Weekly that Kardashian hasn't spoken to her husband since they spent Thanksgiving apart. 'She flip-flopped several times, but she can't imagine having kids with someone who refuses to seek help for his disease,' the insider explained.
