આજે ગુજરાત વિધાન સભાની ચૂંટણી માટે પ્રથમ તબક્કાનું મતદાન શરૂ થઈ ગયું છે. કચ્છ, સૌરાષ્ટ્ર અને દક્ષિણ ગુજરાતના 19 જિલ્લાની 89 વિધાનસભા બેઠકો માટે મતદાન થશે. ત્યારે મતદાનની હજુ તો શરૂઆત જ થઈ છે કે રાજકોટમાં 16, પોરબંદરમાં 8, અમરેલીમાં 3, રાજુલા અને સાવરકુંડલા તાલુકામાં એક એક મતદાન મથકોએ EVM મશિનમાં ખામી હોવાનું ચૂંટણી કર્મચારીઓ પાસેથી જાણવા મળ્યુ છે. તો બીજી તરફ બારડોલી, મજુરામાંથી પણ EVMમાં ખામી આવી હોવાનું સામે આવ્યું. સવારથી જ લાંબી કતારમાં ઉભા રહેલા મતદારોમાં મતદાનને લઈને ભારે ઉત્સાહ હતો, પરંતુ ચૂંટણી પંચોની નબરી કામગીરીને લઈને લોકોમાં રોષ જોવા મળ્યો હતો.Watch Public excitement down due to Faulty EVM With HD Quality.
