बचपन सोते सोते निकल गया, जवानी भी सोते-सोते निकल गई, बुढ़ापा भी सोते-सोते निकल गया तो? कुंकुनाचार 11 साल की उम्र में मुनि बन जाते है। आचार्य जिनसेन अगर्भ दिगम्बर जिन्हे कहा गया है, कपड़े पहने ही नहीं, 8 साल की उम्र में मुनि दीक्षा ले ली आचार्य जिनसेन, आचार्य कुन्दकुन्द 11 साल की उम्र में मुनि बन गए, क्यों? जब वो छोटे थे उनकी माँ पलना झुलाती थी तो गुनगुनाती थी शुद्धोसि सी बूंद सी निरंजनोसि संसारमाया परवर्त दोषी। बच्चो को सुनाती थी बेटा तू शुद्ध है, तू बुद्ध है, तू निरंजन है, तू संसार की माया से विरक्त है। ऐसा पलने में बालक, दूध पीता बच्चा, छोटा बच्चा, दूध पिलाते-पिलाते माँ उसको आध्यात्मिक की घुट्टी पिलाती थी और कहती थी - 'शुद्धोसि सी बूंद सी निरंजनोसि संसारमाया परवर्त दोषी' इसका असर ये हुआ की 11 साल की उम्र में वो दिगम्बर मुनि हो जाते है और समयसार जैसी, कालजयी ग्रंथ की रचना करते है वो आचार्य कुन्दकुन्द होते है। आचार्य जिनसेन जिन्होंने आदि पुराण लिखा अगर्भ दिगम्बर वो आध्यात्म का असर होता है जो शिक्षा माँ बाप से दी गई वो शिक्षा जीवन भर काम आई। 3 तरीके के माँ बाप होते है, एक जघन्य माँ बाप जो केवल औलाद को जन्म देते है वो जघन्य माँ बाप है, जो जन्म के साथ संपत्ति भी देते है वो मध्यम माँ बाप है, और जो जन्म देते है संपत्ति देते है साथ ही संस्कार भी देते है वो उत्तम माँ बाप हैं, इसलिए मैं कहूंगा, आप सब से कहूँगा अपने बच्चो को केवल कार मत देना कार के साथ संस्कार भी देना। अगर आप अपने बुढ़ापे को सुखमय बनाना चाहते है 'तरुण सागर' की ये बात याद रखिये अपनी औलाद को सिर्फ कार मत देना, साथ में संस्कार भी देना। बच्चे को मन पसंद की गिफ्ट न दो तो थोड़ी देर रोयेगा और अगर अपने उसे संस्कार न दिए तो जिंदगी भर रोएगा। इसलिए तरुण सागर अपने कड़वे प्रवचन की एक पंक्ति कहेंगे- कि बच्चो को केवल बुरी नजर से मत बचाइए उन्हें बुरी संगत से भी बचाइए।
