And while it sounds like the Biebs was having a fun vaca, we hear he was there for another reason! TMZ is reporting that while in Panama, Justin's friends and family came with to talk some sense into the troubled teen. Less than a week after the 19-year-old was arrested for DUI, his mother, manager and Usher supposedly staged an intervention for Justin.
