മൂന്നര വര്‍ഷത്തെ മോദിയുടെ ഭരണകാലത്ത് പരസ്യങ്ങള്‍ക്കായി ചെലവഴിച്ച തുകയാണ് വിവരാവകാശ രേഖയിലുടെ പുറത്തുവന്നത്. സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ നയങ്ങള്‍, വികസനപദ്ധതികള്‍, തീരുമാനങ്ങള്‍ എന്നിവ ജനങ്ങളില്‍ എത്തിക്കുന്നതിന് ചെലവഴിച്ച തുകയുടെ കണക്കാണിത്.
മോദി സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ അധികാരത്തിലേറിയ ഏപ്രില്‍ 2014 മുതല്‍ ഒക്ടോബര്‍ 2017 വരെ പരസ്യത്തിനായി ചെലവഴിച്ച തുകയുടെ കണക്കാണ് പുറത്തുവന്നിരിക്കുന്നത്.
അച്ചടി, ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്, ഔട്ട്ഡോര്‍ മാധ്യമങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് നല്‍കിയ പരസ്യങ്ങള്‍ക്കാണ് കേന്ദ്രസര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഇത്രയും വലിയ തുക ചെലവഴിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. ബജറ്റില്‍ പല വകുപ്പുകള്‍ക്കും നീക്കിവെച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന തുക ഇതിലും കുറവാണ്. ഇലക്ട്രോണിക് മീഡീയകള്‍ക്ക് മാത്രമായി 1656 കോടി രൂപയാണ് ചെലവഴിച്ചത്. അച്ചടി മാധ്യമത്തിനായി 1698 കോടി രൂപയും ചെലവഴിച്ചു. ഹോര്‍ഡിങ്, പോസ്റ്ററുകള്‍ തുടങ്ങി ഔട്ട്ഡോള്‍ മാധ്യമങ്ങള്‍ക്കായി ചെലവഴിച്ചത് 399 കോടി വരും.
ഗ്രേറ്റര്‍ നോയിഡ കേന്ദ്രമായി പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്ന സാമൂഹ്യപ്രവര്‍ത്തകന്‍ രാംവീര്‍ തന്‍വാറാണ് വിവരാവകാശ നിയമമനുസരിച്ച് അപേക്ഷ സമര്‍പ്പിച്ചത്.

കഴിഞ്ഞ അഞ്ച് വര്‍ഷക്കാലത്തിനിടയ്ക്ക് ഒമാനില്‍ മരണപ്പെട്ടത് 2,500 പ്രവാസികള്‍.ഇന്ത്യന്‍ സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ ഔദ്യോഗിക കണക്കുകള്‍ പ്രകാരമാണിത്.ഒമാനുമായി താരതമ്യം ചെയ്യുമ്ബോള്‍ സൗദി അറേബ്യയിലെ മരണ നിരക്ക് ആറുമടങ്ങ് കൂടുതലാണ്. 2014-ലും 2018 നും ഇടയിലുള്ള കാലയളവില്‍ 2,564 ഇന്ത്യന്‍ പൌരന്മാരാണ് ഇവിടെ മരിച്ചതെന്ന് ഇന്ത്യന്‍ വിദേശകാര്യമന്ത്രി വി.കെ. സിംഗ് പറഞ്ഞു. ലോക് സഭാ സമ്മേളനത്തിനിടെയാണ് അദ്ദേഹം ഇക്കാര്യം വ്യക്തമാക്കിയത്. മൊത്തം ജി.സി.സി രാജ്യങ്ങളില്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞ അഞ്ച് വര്‍ഷത്തിനിടയില്‍ 28,523 ഇന്ത്യന്‍ തൊഴിലാളികള്‍ മരിച്ചു. സൗദി അറേബ്യയില്‍ 12,828 ഉം യു.എ.ഇയില്‍ 7,877 ഉം കുവൈറ്റില്‍ 2,932 ഉം ഒമാനില്‍ 2,564 ഉം ഖത്തറില്‍ 1,301 ഉം ബഹ്‌റൈനില്‍ 1,021 പേരുമാണ് മരണമടഞ്ഞത്.ഒമാന്‍ ഭരണകൂടവുമായി സഹകരിച്ച്‌ പ്രവാസികളുടെ മരണ നിരക്കുകള്‍ കുറയ്ക്കാന്‍ വേണ്ട നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കുമെന്ന് ഒമാനിലെ ഇന്ത്യന്‍ എംബസി അറിയിച്ചു.ഒമാന്‍, യു.എ.ഇ, സൗദി അറേബ്യ, ബഹ്‌റൈന്‍, കുവൈത്ത്, ഖത്തര്‍ എന്നീ രാജ്യങ്ങളില്‍ മരണമടഞ്ഞ ഇന്ത്യന്‍ തൊഴിലാളികളുടെ വിവരങ്ങള്‍ ഒമാന്‍ കൈമാറിയിരുന്നു. . ഇന്ത്യന്‍ തൊഴിലാളികള്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടെയുള്ള ഒമാന്‍ നിവാസികളുടെ ക്ഷേമവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് എല്ലാ കാര്യങ്ങളും ചര്‍ച്ച ചെയ്യാന്‍ ഇന്ത്യന്‍ എംബസി സഹകരിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെന്ന് മുതിര്‍ന്ന എംബസിയിലെ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.രാജ്യത്ത് ഇന്ത്യന്‍ തൊഴിലാളികളുടെ മരണ നിരക്ക് കുറയ്ക്കുന്നതായി വേണ്ട പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ടെന്ന് സാമൂഹ്യ ക്ഷേമ അധികൃതര്‍ അറിയിച്ചു. 2015-ല്‍ 519 ഇന്ത്യക്കാര്‍ മരണമടഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. 2015-ല്‍ 520, 2016 ല്‍ 547, 2017 ല്‍ 495, 2018 ല്‍ 483 എന്നിങ്ങനെയാണ് കണക്കുകള്‍.എന്നാല്‍ മറ്റു വര്‍ഷങ്ങളെ അപേക്ഷിച്ച്‌ ഈ വര്‍ഷം മരണ നിരക്ക് കുറഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ളതായി ഇന്ത്യന്‍ സോഷ്യല്‍ ക്ലബ്ബ് കമ്യൂണിറ്റി വെല്‍ഫെയര്‍ സെക്രട്ടറി പറഞ്ഞു.Subscribe to News60 :https://goo.gl/VnRyuF Read: http://www.news60.in/ https://www.facebook.com/news60malayalam/
