लख़नऊ की पूजा सिंह ने कल एयरटेल कम्पनी के कस्टमर केयर में शिकायत दर्ज कराने के लिए कॉल किया,
रिस्पॉन्स न मिलने पर पूजा सिंह ने एयरटेल को ट्वीट किया. ट्वीट पर रिप्लाई आया कि हम आपको देखकर आप को सूचित करेंगें. रिप्लाई करने वाले ने tweet के आख़िर में अपना नाम शोऐब लिखा .बस फिर क्या था, पूजा के अंदर का भगवा_कीड़ा कुलबुला उठा!
मुस्लिम नाम देख कर भगवे कट्टरपंथ के रोग से ग्रसित पूजा सिंह ने एयरटेल को दोबारा ट्वीट पर रिप्लाई किया कि Dear Mr. Shuaib, चूँकि आप मुस्लिम हो और मुझे मुस्लिम पर विश्वास नहीं है क्योंकि ग्राहक को डील करने का क़ुरान का वर्ज़न बिलकुल अलग है इसलिए मुझे कोई हिंदू प्रतिनिधि उपलब्ध कराएँ अपनी समस्या को share करने के लिए.
फिर क्या था एयरटेल कम्पनी ने तुरन्त कार्यवाही करते हुए शोएब को हटाकर पूजा के लिये गगनजोत नाम के executive को लगा दिया ।
