JetBlue Pilot's Outburst Leads to Emergency Landing

A pilot panics, gets locked out of the cockpit - passengers have to restrain him...

...and all the while - the co-pilot makes an emergency landing. This cell-phone video from YouTube shows the scene in the cabin. Reports from ABC, Al Jazeera and the BBC recap pilot Clayton Osbon's alleged behavior.

' ... in the cockpit, but not flying, begins flipping switches, acting confused. Alarmed, his co-pilot tricks him - sending him to the passenger compartment, locking the cockpit and changing the door's security code.'

'The captain of the plane bangs on the door of the cockpit demanding to be let in. The co-pilot diverted the flight as he refused to let the captain near the controls of the plane.'

'JetBlue 191 emergency and we're going to need authorities and medical to meet us at the airplane.'

A reporter for euronews tells how passengers described the so-called 'erratic behavior.'

REPORTER: ' ... that included shouting about Iraq, Afghanistan and a bomb.'
PASSENGER: 'The commotion erupted and we were running, you know, and the pilot ran down the aisle.'
