दिल्ली में PWD के नाले डूबा युवक और मौत।
शुक्रवार शाम बारिस में खुले नाले में गिरा था युवक और तीन घण्टे बाद गंदगी और पानी से भरे नाले से निकाला गया शव ।
घटना दिल्ली के बादली विधानसभा में लिबासपुर की ।
एक मौत के बाद PWD विभाग के कर्मचारी आज इस नाले को ढकने में जुटे।
स्टोरी -- दिल्ली सरकार के PWD के नाले में डूबने से एक युवक की मौत। मानसून की पहली बारिश में ही सरकारी इंतजामों की पोल खुल गई है । बादली इलाके के लिबासपुर में दिल्ली सरकार के पीडब्ल्यूडी के बड़े नाले को कई जगह ऊपर से ढका नहीं गया था नाले के अंदर काफी गंदगी पन्ने और कूड़ा करकट भरा हुआ था। सामान के साथ निकला घर से बस स्टैंड के लिए एक शख्स जब नाले के ऊपर से चलने लगा क्योंकि गली के अंदर काफी पानी भर चुका था। नाले में अचानक एक जगह से नाला खुला था वहां पांव जाने से वह उस नाले में गिर गया आसपास के लोग भागे मशक्कत की लेकिन जब तक तेज बहाव में वह आगे बह गया और नाले की गंदगी में फंस गया। करीब 2 घंटे तक भी उस शख्स को नहीं निकाला जा सका। दमकल विभाग के कर्मचारियों ने नाला तोड़कर मशक्कत के बाद 3 घंटे बाद उस शख्स को बाहर निकाला गया जिसकी मौत हो चुकी थी।
मृतक की पहचान पवन के रुप में हुई है। सूचना के बाद मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने शव को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए जहांगीरपुरी के बाबू जगजीवन राम अस्पताल में रखवा दिया है और लापरवाही से मौत की धाराओं में मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। नाला लोक निर्माण विभाग का है।.

समयपुर गांव व यादव नगर के रेलवे रोड़ का होगा 2 करोड़ से निर्माण
MLA अजेश यादव ने किया शिलान्यास
बादली विधानसभा में सालों से रेलवे रोड की हालत बहुत ही बदहाल थी, जिसपर लोहों को आने जाने में काफी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता था. अब दिल्ली सरकार के द्वारा इस सड़क को दोबारा से बनवाया जा रहा है ताकि लोगों को रेलवे स्टेशन व दूसरे इलाकों में जाने में परेशानी का सामना ना करना पड़े. जिसके लिए दो करोड़ रुपये का फंड यहां पर लगाया जाएगा।
स्थानीय लोगों का कहना है कि यह रोड पिछले चार दशक से बदहाल है. पूर्व की सरकारों ने इसकी कोई सुध नहीं ली, जिसके चलते इलाके के लोगों को परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता था। टूटी हुई सड़क पर जलभराव के बीच से आने जाने में काफी परेशानी होती थी। कई बार बार हादसे भी होते थे और गाड़ियां भी पलटती थी, जिसके बारे में जनप्रतिनिधियों से शिकायत की गई। लेकिन किसी ने भी जनता के हित में काम नहीं किया।
बादली विधायक ने बताया कि समय पुर इलाके में बदहाल पड़ी सड़क को बनाने के लिए दिल्ली सरकार की ओर से 2 करोड़ों रुपए के फंड से काम कराया जाएगा। पहले सड़क के दोनों ओर बंद पड़े नालों की मरम्मत कराई जाएगी। फिर सड़क को बनवाया जाएगा ताकि लोगों को दोबारा से परेशानी का सामना न करना पड़े। लोग इस सड़क के बनने के बाद हरियाणा भी जा सकते है और यहां पर समय पुर बादली रेलवे स्टेशन भी है जहां पर आम लोगों का हर रोज आना जाना होता है।

दिल्ली सरकार और नगर निगम हर साल दिल्ली में नालों की सफाई के दावे करते हैं। मगर जैसे ही दिल्ली में बारिश होती है, सरकार और निगम के दावों की पोल खुल जाती है। मामूली बारिश में ही दिल्ली के नाले लबालब भर जाते हैं और सड़के पानी में डूब जाती है। जिसकी वजह से सड़कों पर भारी जाम लग जाता है। दिल्ली के नागरिक सड़को पर अये पानी में चलने को मजबूर हो जाते है ।
इस मामले पर जब MCD से बात की गयी तो उनका कहना है दिल्ली सरकार की तरफ से फंड्स न मिलने के कारन ये दिकते आरही है। यही मुद्दा जब दिल्ली विधान सभा के विशेष सत्र में उठा तब विधान सभा ने समिति की रिपोर्ट को स्वीकार करते हुए नालों की सफाई न होने के कारन पीडब्ल्यूडी सचिव को हटाने का प्रस्ताव पास किया गया है।
इस रिपोर्ट में नालों की सफाई में लापर्वाही की बात सामने आई है। रिपोर्ट में लोक निर्माण विभाग के सचिव को सफाई न होने के लिए जिम्मेदार ठहराया गया है। इसके साथ ही विधानसभा में एक प्रस्ताव पास किया जिसमें ज़िम्मेदार अफसर को जांच होने तक पद से हटाने की बात कही गयी है ।
इस मामले पर पीडब्ल्यूडी मंत्री सत्येंद्र जैन का कहना है कि उन्होंने 25 मई को सभी विभागों की मीटिंग की थी। मीटिंग में नालों की सफाई को लेकर समयसीमा मांगी गयी थी। उन्होंने बताया कि तीनों नगर निगमों ने सफाई को लेकर निर्धारित वक्त दिया था।

सरकारी स्कूल में आसपास की फैक्ट्रियों का धुआं घुसने से कुछ छात्राएं हुई थी बेहोश। इस समयपुर बादली एरिया में SDM ने 14 फैक्ट्रियां सील की। केमिकल के धुएं के एग्जेस्ट फैन पास के सरकारी स्कूल की बाउंडरी में लगाये थे।
इस सरकारी स्कूल में 3500 लड़कियां पढ़ती है और बाकी स्टाफ भी सभी को सांस लेने में हो रही थी दिक्कत। अवैध थी ये सब फैक्ट्रियां।
अभिभावकों और स्कूल स्टाफ ने क्यो नही वर्षों से इसपर ध्यान दिया जिम्मेदारी सभी की थी कि बच्चियों की सेफ्टी का ख्याल रखा जाए।
दिल्ली सरकार का यह सर्वोदय कन्या विद्यालय दिल्ली के समय पुर इलाके में संजय गांधी ट्रांसपोर्ट नगर के पास है। स्कूल के आस-पास अवैध रूप से कई फैक्ट्रियां बस गई है। यहां इंडस्ट्रियल एरिया भी नहीं है बावजूद इसके यहां पर अवैध फैक्ट्री बसा दी गई । इन अवैध फैक्ट्रियों में से केमिकल का धुआं निकलता है । फैक्ट्रियां प्लास्टिक दाने और प्लास्टिक का सामान बनाने की है। इस कारण धुआँ काफी जहरीला होता है। इन फैक्ट्रियों का धुंआ निकालने के लिए जो एग्जिट फैन लगाए गए वे स्कूल की चारदीवारी में ही लगा दिए गए।
इन फैक्ट्रियों का जहरीला धुआं सीधे इस कन्या विद्यालय में आता था है।

राजधानी दिल्ली में बदमाशों के हौसले किस कदर बुलंद है इसकी एक बानगी समय पर बदली थाना इलाके के समयपुर की मुख्य मार्केट से देखने को मिली .उत्तरी बाहरी दिल्ली के समय पुर बादली थाना इलाके की इस मार्केट में दिनदहाड़े बाइक सवार बदमाशों ने एक ज्वेलरी शोरूम में लूट की वारदात को अंजाम दिया और बड़े ही आसानी से मौका है वारदात से फरार हो गए। भागते हुए बदमाश पिस्तौल लहराते हुए एक फुटेज भी सामने आया है इस फुटेज में एक ही बाइक पर तीन बदमाश वारदात को अंजाम देकर पिस्तौल लहराते हुए भागते हुए दिखाई दे रहे हैं। वारदात दोपहर करीब 2:00 बजे की है। जब मार्केट में चहल-पहल थी लोगों की बड़ी संख्या में आवाज आई थी इसी दौरान एक बाइक पर तीन की संख्या में बदमाश हेलमेट पहनकर श्री राम ज्वेलर्स की दुकान के अंदर दाखिल हुए जहां कुछ ग्राहक भी बैठे थे तीनों बदमाशों ने पिस्तौल निकाली और दुकान के कर्मचारी और मालिक तान दी इसके बाद बदमाशों ने एक बैग में करीब 800 ग्राम गोल्ड और कुछ अन्य ज्वेलरी राखी और पिस्तौल लहराते हुए मौके से फरार हो गए . दुकान के मालिक के अनुसार उनका लाखो रुपए का माल बदमाशों ने लूट लिया .इस दौरान कुछ लोगों ने उन्हें पकड़ने की भी कोशिश की लेकिन पिस्टल देखकर लोगों की हिम्मत नहीं हुई।
दिनदहाड़े हुई इस वारदात के बाद से ही पूरे इलाके में डर और दहशत का माहौल है समय पुर बादली में मार्केट जो की दिन के समय में भी काफी व्यस्त रहता है लोगों की बड़ी संख्या में आवाज ही होती है ऐसे समय में बदमाशों ने फिल्मी अंदाज में इस वारदात को अंजाम दिया जिसके बाद से ही अब लोग अपनी सुरक्षा को लेकर चिंतित हैं।
बदमाशों ने जिस तरीके से इस वारदात को अंजाम दिया और बड़े ही आराम से मौके से फरार हुए इससे कहीं ना कहीं पुलिस की कार्यशैली और लोगों की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पर सवाल खड़े होना लाजमी है।
