સુરતમાં અંગ્રેજોના જમાનાથી ચાલતી સ્કૂલે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને L.C. પકડાવ્યા છે. સર જે.જે. ઇંગ્લિશ મીડિયમ સ્કૂલે 40થી વધુ વિદ્યાર્થીને L.C. આપ્યા હતા. જેના કારણે વાલીઓમાં રોષ જોવા મળી રહ્યો છે.
સર જેજે ઇંગ્લિશ મીડિયમ સ્કૂલમાં ધોરણ 10મા 180 વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પાસ થયા હતા પરંતુ ઓછા ટકા લાવનાર 40 વિદ્યાર્થીઓને શાળામાંથી કાઢી નાંખવામાં આવ્યા છે. ઓછા ગુણ મેળવનારા વિદ્યાર્થોને શાળાની બહારનો રસ્તો દેખાડી શાળા પ્રશાસન પોતાની મનમાની છતી કરી છે. L.C. મેળવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓના વાલીઓએ જિલ્લા શિક્ષણ અધિકારીની કચેરીએ પહોંચીને જિલ્લા શિક્ષણ અધિકારીને વિદ્યાર્થીઓ સાથે થયેલા અન્યાયની રજૂઆત કરી હતી.
ત્યારે બીજી તરફ સુરતની L.P. સવાણી સ્કૂલની દાદાગીરી સામે આવી છે. શાળાના સંચાલકો દ્વારા વિદ્યાર્થીઓના ઘરે પોસ્ટ દ્વારા L.C. મોકલવામાં આવ્યા હતા. 40 જેટલા વિદ્યાર્થીને પોસ્ટ દ્વારા ઘરે L.C. મોકલવામાં આવ્યા બાદ વાલીઓમાં રોષ જોવા મળ્યો હતો. આ ઘટનાને લઈને વિદ્યાર્થીના વાલીઓ દ્વારા જિલ્લા શિક્ષણ અધિકારીની કચેરી પર જઈને શાળાની દાદાગીરીની જિલ્લા શિક્ષણ અધિકારીને ફરિયાદ કરશે.
