1. Rs. 500 & Rs. 1000 will not be legal from November 9
2. New Rs. 500 & Rs. 2000 notes would be released and circulated soon
3. ATM’s will be closed on November 9 and on November 10 at some places
4. Those not able to deposit Rs 1000, Rs 500 notes by December 30 due to some reasons, will be able to change them till 31st March 2017 by submitting ID Proof
5. People can deposit Rs. 1000 & Rs. 500 in their banks from November 10th to December 30th
6. Banks, Post Offices will remain closed on 9th November
7. No restrictions on internet banking, cash, demand draft transactions
8. Rs. 20,000 weekly cap on exchange of Rs. 500 & Rs. 1000 notes
9. Rs. 10,000 daily cash withdrawal and Rs. 20,000 weekly cash withdrawal limit
10. Government hospitals, pharmacies at such hospitals will accept Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000 notes for 72 hours from November 8 midnight..
