-On August 13, 2015, Ukraine's Spetstechnoexport signed the 2nd agreement with Global Marketing SP Ltd for the supply of spares to HAL. Ukraine alleges that MoD officials have received kickbacks of ₹17.5cr to sign statements of completion of the previous contract.
