Dr. Victor Ramirez is using this suggestive and sexy picture of Kim to promote his 'certified' plastic sugary services. The doctor never got Kim's permission to use the pic on the billboard, which is right across the California border.
TMZ reports that when they asked the doctor if he he got Kim's permission first, he said 'What? Obviosly I didn't speak to Kim Kardashian. I do not have her number.'
The doc said he's getting police involved and hung up the phone. Good luck buddy, Kim's had a lot of experience with lawsuits! Or at least people using her!

No! Eyewitnesses tell TMZ she simply left the red carpet, removed her jacket, cleaned herself up, and rejoined the guests at her event.
Though the attacker reportedly called Kim a 'fur hag,' PETA tells the site they had nothing to do with the incident. They are, however, glad it happened.
'PETA has tried everything from polite letters to public protests, but Kim Kardashian has not been moved by the news that animals are beaten, electrocuted, and even skinned alive for real fur garments,' the company said in a statement. 'Whoever threw that flour may reach her when our polite appeals did not.'
