Congress President Sonia Gandhi on Tuesday directed all party chief ministers to support the relief and rehabilitation efforts in flood-hit Jammu and Kashmir even as party vice president Rahul Gandhi appealed to volunteers of its affiliated outfits to pitch in with their help. The Congress has set up a Relief Committee for the calamity comprising the Congress's J-K unit chief Saifuddin Soz, senior leader Ghulam Nabi Azad and several ministers and leaders. 'Sonia Gandhi is in constant touch with AICC regarding the situation in J-K and the relief measures,' the party said in a release here.
