    ભાજપ સરકારના 4 વર્ષ પૂર્ણ થવાના અવસર પર કેન્દ્રીય ટેક્સટાઇલ મંત્રી સ્મૃતિ ઈરાનીએ સુરતની મુલાકાત લીધી અને ભાજપ સરકારની 4 વર્ષની યોજનાઓ અંગે માહિતી આપી હતી. ભાજપ સરકારના વિકાસ અંગે જણાવતા સ્મૃતિ ઈરાનીએ કહ્યું હતું કે 4 વર્ષમાં ભાજપ સરકારે રાષ્ટ્રની અર્થ વ્યવસ્થા સશક્ત કરવાનો પ્રયાસ કર્યો છે. સુરતના SVNITના ગેસ્ટ હાઉસ ખાતે બદલાતા ભારતની તસવીર સંદર્ભે એક પ્રેસ કોન્ફરન્સનું આયોજન કરવામાં હતું. જેમાં પત્રકારોને સંબોધતા કેન્દ્રીય મંત્રી સ્મૃતિ ઈરાનીએ ભાજપ સરકારની વિવિધ યોજનાઓ અંગે માહિતી આપી હતી. તેમણે પ્રધાનમંત્રી સુરક્ષા વીમા યોજના, પ્રાધનમંત્રી જીવન જ્યોતિ વીમા યોજના, અટલ પેન્શન યોજના, ફસલ વીમા યોજના વિશે માહિતી આપી હતી. સ્મૃતિ ઈરાનીએ વધુમાં જણાવ્યું હતું કે, ભારત સરકારે વિવિધ મંત્રાલયના માધ્યમથી સાચા વિકાસના દ્રષ્ટિકોણથી રાષ્ટ્રની અર્થ વ્યવસ્થા સશક્ત કરવાનો પ્રયાસ કર્યો છે.

    કેન્દ્રીય મંત્રી સ્મૃતિ ઈરાનીએ કહ્યું કે આજથી 4 વર્ષ પહેલાં એક ઐતિહાસિક નિર્ણય ભારતની જનતાએ લીધો હતો અને નરેન્દ્ર મોદીને પસંદ કરી ભારતની જનતાની સેવા કરવાની તક આપી હતી. ભાજપે મુદ્રા યોજના, ફસલ વીમા યોજના જેવી વિવિધ યોજનાઓના માધ્યમથી સાચો વિકાસ કર્યો છે. વૃદ્ધો માટે પણ અનેક યોજનાઓ બનવવાના આવી છે. પેટ્રોલના વધતા જતા ભાવ વિશે તેમણે કહ્યું હતું કે જનતાને સંઘર્ષ ન કરવો પડે તે માટે રોજ પેટ્રોલ મંત્રી સંઘર્ષ કરી રહ્યા છે. ટેક્ષટાઇલ વિશે વાત કરતા જણાવ્યું હતું કે ટેક્ષટાઇલ માટે 2014-15મા 61 કરોડ અને 17-18મા 83 કરોડ સબસીડી રીલિઝ થઈ છે. કાળા નાણા વિશે વાત કરતા કેન્દ્રીય મંત્રી સ્મૃતિ ઈરાનીએ કહ્યું હતુ કે કાળા નાણાની જેટ
