वन नेशन- वन इलेक्शन जो इन दिनों सियासी गलियारों में चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ है... इसी साल के अंत में पांच राज्यों में विधानसभा चुनाव होना है... तो 2024 में लोकसभा... चुनावी सीजन में वन नेशन- वन इलेक्शन का मुद्दा छाया हुआ है... दरअसल मोदी सरकार ने 18 से 22 तक संसद का विशेष सत्र बुलाया... जैसे ही विशेष सत्र बुलाने की खबर आई वैसे ही आरोप-प्रत्यारोप की राजनीती शुरु हो गई... लेकिन सबसे बड़ी बात ये है कि सूत्रों के हवाले से ये खबर सामने आ रही है कि इसी विशेष सत्र में सरकरा वन नेशन- वन इलेक्शन का कानून संसद में ला सकती है... जैसे ही ये खबर चर्चा में आई विपक्षी पार्टियों के होश उड़ गए कि अचानक इतना बड़ा फैसला कैसे लिया जा सकता है... हालाकिं 2016 में ही पीएम मोदी ने वन नेशन वन इलेक्शन की बात कही थी... 'एक देश, एक चुनाव' का मतलब है कि पूरे भारत में लोकसभा चुनाव और सभी राज्यों में विधानसभा चुनाव एक साथ होंगे... दोनों चुनावों के लिए संभवतः वोटिंग भी साथ या फिर आस-पास होगी... पहले देश में 1951 से 1967 तक लोकसभा और विधानसभा चुनाव साथ ही होते थे... लेकिन 1967 के बाद परिस्थिती बदल गई... और अलग- अलग चुनाव होने लगे.... वन नेशन- वन इलेक्शन लागु करना बहुत बड़ी चुनौती है... क्योंकि संविधान के लगभग 5 अनुच्छेद में संशोधन करना पड़ेगा... बहरहाल इस मसले पर देश की राजनीती में उबाल आ गया... इस मसले पर कांग्रेस ने ट्वीट कर लिखा कि 'वन नेशन, वन इलेक्शन', भारत की मूल भावना पर प्रहार है… भारत की सोच और संविधान की आत्मा से खिलवाड़ है… यह मोदी सरकार द्वारा देश के लोकतंत्र को तानाशाही की तरफ धकेलने का एक और प्रयास है
