कुशीनगर। उत्तर प्रदेश में आरटीओ और रेलवे विभाग की एक बड़ी लापरवाही के चलते 13 मासूम बच्चे गुरुवार की सुबह काल के गाल में समा गए। बच्चों की मौत के बाद पूरे क्षेत्र में कोहराम और चीख-पुकार का माहौल देखा गया। 13 मासूम की मौत को देखकर शायद ही कोई आंख ऐसी होगी। जिसकी आंखों से आंसू नहीं बह रहे होंगे तो वही रुंधे गले से लोग अपने मरे हुए बच्चे को गले लगाने की जद्दोजहद कर रही थे।
