मुरादाबाद में दहेज की मांग करने वाले एक दूल्हे को दुल्हन ने ठुकरा दिया और पुलिस से उसकी शिकायत भी कर दी. हालांकि अब दूल्हे का कहना है कि दोस्तों ने उसे शराब पिला दी थी.. मूढा पांडेय इलाके के गांव रसूलपुर के रहने वाले रतन शर्मा ने अपनी बेटी की शादी ठाकुरद्वारा के रहने वाले गौतम से तय की थी. बारात आई और शादी की रस्में होने लगीं. लेकिन इसी दौरान शराब के नशे में धुत्त दूल्हे गौतम ने दहेज में 5 लाख रुपए की मांग रख डाली.
