    ભરૂચના ફાંટા તળાવ નજીક ભક્તેશ્વર મહાદેવ નજીક રાણા ફળીયુ વિસ્તારમાં રાત્રીના 3 વાગ્યાના સુમારે એક 2 માળનું મકાન ધરાશાયી થયું હતું. મકાન ધરાશાયી થતા મકાનના કાટમાળ નીચે 1 મહિલા અને તેના 2 પુત્ર સહીત બચાવ કામમાં લાગેલા 6 લોકો મકાનના કાટમાળ નીચે દબાયા હતા. આ મકાન કિશોરભાઈનું હોવાનું જાણવા મળ્યું છે. મકાન પડવાની ઘટનામાં કિશોરભાઈની દીકરો આરતીનું ઘટના સ્થળે જ મોત નીપજ્યું હતુ. મકાન ધરાશાયી થતાની સાથે સ્થાનિકો ઘટના સ્થેળે દોડી આવ્યા હતા અને બચાવ કામગીરીમાં જોતરાયા હતા. સ્થાનિકો દ્વારા પરિસ્થિતની ગંભીરતાને સમજીને ફાયર વિભાગ અને 108ને જાણ કરી હતી. ફાયર ફાયટર અને 108 ઘટના સ્થળે પહોંચ્યું હતું અને ફાયરના અધિકારીઓ અને તેમના કર્મચારીઓ દ્વારા દબાયેલા તમામ લોકોને મકાનના કાટમાળ નીચેથી બહાર કાઢીને સારવાર અર્થે 108 મારફતે હોસ્પિટલ ખસેડવામાં આવ્યા હતા.
