Winter carnival is being organized on the occasion of Christmas in Himachal's capital Shimla. The Winter Carnival to be held from 25th to 31st December will be inaugurated by CM Sukhwinder Sukhu on 25th December i.e. Monday. Stalls will be set up in the carnival by women of self-help groups, rural livelihood missions, business boards and other businessmen. Tourists and local people will get a glimpse of the rich culture of Himachal Pradesh in the carnival. Cultural parade of cultural groups from different districts will be organised. Apart from this, Mahanati of women will be organised.
