Shimla : RKS employees of IGMC, the state's largest hospital, have started a pen down strike for regular pay scale. Till 11 am, RKS workers are holding a silent protest outside the hospital wearing black badges. Due to this, the patients coming to the hospital had to face a lot of problems. Patients had to stand in queues for hours and wait for their turn to make slips. Employees say that they will remain adamant on pen down strike until their demands are met.
