Farmers caught a vehicle unloading stray animals on Thursday night in Nadholi of Jwali sub-division of Kangra. Villagers say that these stray animals are left in the fields to eat the crops. They cause a lot of damage to the fields. People kept vigil at night to protect the crops. Now the villagers have seized the Alto car along with the vehicle. On Friday morning, the accused admitted their mistake in the presence of 200 people including Panchayat Deputy Head Aniljariyal, after which the stray animals were sent back to the house of the accused.
