A tunnel will be built to enter the Larji Power House located at Thalout in Mandi and it has been decided to build this tunnel at a much higher height than the existing entrance of the Power House. So that in future, if ever the water level of Beas river rises and the water shows its monstrous form, then no damage of any kind can be caused to the power house. The generation wing of the Electricity Board has started working in this direction.
