His profound commitment to the legal field and his exemplary academic foundation continue to be an inspiration to us all,” he said. “Manohar Parrikar’s vision was clear he believed in the strength of law as a tool for social transformation and upliftment…As the chief minister of Goa I have always looked up to Manohar Parrikar as the role model with regards to the policy and politics and governance,” said Sawant.
