GoaCan convenor Roland Martins has said that very soon a message with the rules and regulations to be followed will be stuck inside all the rent-a-cars to remind driver of what to do & what not to do. Martin said that Tourism Department has to educate tourists via social media, websites over rules & regulations to be followed. Martin also said that they will start a massive camapaign and go to all the bars & restaurants to tell them to put signs of 'Don't drink & Drive'
