Himachal Pradesh Road Transport Corporation will now give 10 to 20 percent discount in fare to passengers traveling in Volvo buses. There is a provision of discount for passengers under this scheme from 1st October to 31st March. The corporation will also provide smart card facility to its luxury passengers. Under the scheme, 20 percent discount will be provided to senior citizens in the luxury buses of the corporation, while there will be 10 percent discount for common citizens.
