Sundernagar. MP from Mandi parliamentary constituency and Congress state president Pratibha Singh has raised a demand from the central government to declare the state as a disaster state. He raised this demand today during an informal interaction with the media after visiting the rain-damaged areas in Nachan assembly constituency. Pratibha Singh said that PM Narendra Modi considers Himachal as his second home and without his help it is not possible for the state to emerge from this calamity. In such a situation, the central government should declare the state as a disaster state and help should be provided.
