Tiranga Rally was taken out from Bn Hqr Parihaspora to Yakhmanpora Chowk in which the CO Sh Shabir Ahmed Malik, other Officers of the Batallion ,Students of nearby schools , and Civilians participated with full fervour.Shri Shabir Ahmad Malik motivated the participating students to study hard try and achieve good education to become better citizens which will be a tribute to the freedom fighters and the martyrs who laid down their lives to bring the nation to the point where it is today.

In a bid to celebrate 75 years of Indian Independence, Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) in collaboration with Chennai Port Trust organised a cycle rally as a part of 'Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav' on Saturday. A total of 200 people participated in the rally and were seen cycling for 6.5 km.
