Bilaspur (Himachal) : A motorist has found a stone floating in the water in Bilaspur's Govind Sagar Lake. It is being told that these stones were used while building Ram Setu. Motorist Vijay Chand Kundal has offered this stone to Hanuman ji in the temple built at Luhnu Maidan.

Una (Himachal Pradesh) : Four people drowned after boat capsized in Govind Sagar Lake in Kolka Khanoh falling under the Bangana subdivision of district Una in Himachal Pradesh. Migratory birds are considering Govind these places as their favorite destinations. Nowadays, there are about 10 to 12 species of migratory birds in Govind Sagar lake and swan river. These days highest-flying bar-headed Goose has been seen in the Gobind Sagar, while migratory birds of other species, including the Black Wing Steamed, have been seen in the Swan River. Previously the favorite place of these migratory birds used to be Pong Lake of Kangra, but for the last few years, migratory birds have also chosen the peaceful Gobind Sagar and Swan River as better places for themselves.
