Shimla zila parishad meeting was held at Bachat Bhawan but due to lack of quorum, the meeting was postponed. The meeting was to be held at Bachat Bhawan at 11 am. Zilla Parishad Shimla President Chandraprabha Negi and all the officers including the Vice President had reached the meeting on time. Only 15 out of 47 members attended the meeting. When the quorum was not complete by 12 o'clock, it was decided to adjourn the meeting. To complete the quorum, it is necessary to have 24 members.
