McLeodganj. A young man died after being swept away by the strong flow of water in a drain in Bhagsunag, adjacent to McLeodganj in Himachal Pradesh. The deceased Pawan Kumar was a resident of Jalandhar. 32-year-old Pawan Kumar was bathing in the drain near Bhagsunag Waterfall along with his four companions when suddenly the water level in the drain increased. Pawan Kumar son Rajendra Kumar was washed away in the current of water. When SDRF Kangra and local police searched for Pawan Kumar, Pawan's body was recovered 100 meters below the accident site. ASP Veer Bahadur has confirmed the matter.
