In Charkhadi, a remote area under Sundernagar assembly constituency of Mandi district, there were many affected people whose animals were spending the nights in the open. Manali Municipal Council Chairman and Himalaya Putra Trust Director Chaman Kapoor extended his hands to help these affected people. Today, he along with MLA Rakesh Jamwal distributed GI sheets to 15 affected people in Charkhadi for making cow sheds. These sheets will be used to build cow sheds so that livestock do not have to stay under the open sky during cold nights.
