The Baby hitmaker, who has had a controversial run at the concert venue this week, reportedly had to rush off stage and was looked at by doctors... but 15 minutes later he was back finishing the show in front of his fans.
And his manager Scooter Braun revealed while Bieber was missing from the stage that doctors had asked him to get looked at properly, but he insisted on coming out to finish the set regardless, before then heading to a hospital..

Pop star Justin Bieber became woozy during a concert at London's O2 Arena Thursday, NBC News confirms. The 19-year-old singer reportedly passed out backstage after becoming light-headed near the end of his show. He was treated and given oxygen backstage, and went to the hospital for precaution after finishing his show.
'He fainted and took a 20-minute reprieve,' his spokesperson, Melissa Victor, told Reuters.
In a video posted to YouTube, Bieber's manager Scooter Braun goes on stage to explain the situation to concertgoers.
'Justin got very light of breath, the whole show he's been complaining. He's backstage with the EMTs and the doctor,' Braun says. 'They're telling him that they want him to see somebody and see what's going on with his lungs.'

The singer, 19, collapsed on stage at London's O2 arena on Thursday night after complaining of breathing problems throughout the performance.
'He got oxygen from emergency personnel. He insisted on finishing the show,' his rep tells E!. 'He is on the way to the hospital right now.'
Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun, got on stage to explain to the crowd what was going on, according to YouTube videos of the show.

Bieber then returned for a rousing ovation, continued the performance, before being taken to the hospital.
This is the latest problem to plague Bieber's UK trip.
He earlier apologized for going on late for a show, complained about his 'worst birthday ever' at a local club, was mocked by Olivia Wilde, and finally went on a Twitter rant.

Arena sources tell us that Bieber informed the crowd that he wasn't feeling well and went backstage to get checked out. He returned to the stage about 10 minutes later and finished the show, despite a doctor's recommendation that he pull the plug.
Video footage from the scene showed Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun, telling the crowd that the 19-year-old had been feeling 'very low of breath' throughout the whole show and was backstage with EMTs.
Bieber was spotted last night outside his London hotel wearing a gas mask, the second time in a couple weeks that he'd been spotted with the odd-seeming headgear.
