Himachal Government has not received any concession from the Central Government, due to which the State Government has decided that out of the first installment of Rs 100 crore received from the Centre, the Himachal Government has made Rs 30 crore. It was decided to return. The government believes that a huge expenditure of Rs 200 crore is being spent on leveling the land where this park is being constructed. For this the government has given all these concessions.
