Dharamshala (Himachal) : The road has started sinking again near the Mata Vaishno Devi temple near the Tibetan library on the Khara Danda road from Dharamshala to McLeodganj. Tile laying work is already going on here. After the road caved in after the rain late on Thursday night, drivers are passing through here risking their lives.
