    पिछले आठ दिनों से लगातार डूब प्रभावितों के मुद्दों को लेकर भूख हड़ताल कर रही नर्मदा बचाओ आंदोलन नेत्री मेधा पाटकर ने आज अनशन स्थल से लाइव कमिश्नर दीपक सिंह से डूब प्रभावितों के मुद्दों को लेकर चर्चा की ओर अपना अनशन समाप्त किया।


    कमिश्नर दीपक सिंह ने मेधा पाटकर से चर्चा करते हुए कहा की जल्द ही नीतिगत सभी मुद्दों पर निर्णय लेकर सीघ्र ही डूब प्रभावितों की समस्याओं पर कार्य किया जाएगा, वही मेधा पाटकर ने कहा अब हमे आश्वासन नहीं निर्णय लेकर धरातल पर कार्य चाहिए और अगर फिर से 2023 जैसे डूब के हालात बनते हैं तो इस बार जल सत्याग्रह करके भले ही जल समाधि लेना पड़े हम करेंगे, दिल्ली से आए सुप्रीम कोर्ट के अधिवक्ता संजय पारिख ने भी कहा अगर सरकार और एनवीडीए वादा खिलाफी करती है तो मैं मेधा पाटकर जी को वचन दिया की हम प्रभावितों के अधिकारों की लड़ाई सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जारी रखेंगे,
    अनशन समापन में धार कलेक्टर प्रियंक मिश्रा,धार पुलिस अधीक्षक मनोज कुमार सिंह,एसडीएम कुक्षी प्रमोद सिंह गुर्जर,सहित बड़ी संख्या में प्रशासनिक अमला मौजूद रहा, लगातार 8 दोनों से अनशन पर बैठी मेधा पाटकर अनशन तोड़ते ही भावुक हो गई अनशन में साथी महिलाओं से मिलते हुए रोने लगी, वही धार कलेक्टर ने भी शासन प्रशासन की ओर से सभी प्रभावितों को नीतिगत सभी मुद्दों के निराकरण के लिए आश्वस्त किया हैं।
