Written by Danny and Mark, The Script boys reveal how emotional it is performing new single If You Could See Me Now on tour. It addresses the death of band members Mark's parents and of Danny's father, with alternative verses delivered by both singers.

Speaking about the song, Danny said: 'It's a very, very personal song. It's something we not necessarily wanted to release, we just thought that it's such a powerful message and a powerful song that we wanted it on the album, but our fans have really turned that into a single. 'Now it's a pleasure, an absolute pleasure to play that song. The reaction it gets - there's literally not a dry eye in the house, including us on stage.

'Particularly on these moment, the nights at The O2, where they would've loved this - it would've been the staple diet of the whole year - to not have them be here is a massive one for us, but they're here in spirit.'
