Councilors today sat on strike outside the SDM office regarding non-recovery of Rs 14 lakh from the mini Shivratri fair of the year 2023 in Joginder Nagar. Their demand is that by not recovering the bid money from the contractor during the mini Shivratri fair of the year 2023, the fair committee has defrauded the fair committee of around Rs 14 lakh, which constitutes a case of corruption and the state government should get it investigated.
