छत्तीसगढ़ (chhattisgarh) के कांकेर (kanker) में फोर्स और नक्सलियों के बीच मुठभेड़ शुरू होने के बाद इलाके की तलाशी ली गई। इस दौरान भारी मात्रा में हथियार और गोला-बारूद भी बरामद किया गया। कांकेर में एंटी-नक्सल ऑपरेशन पर आईजी बस्तर पी सुंदरराज ने बताया कि मुठभेड़ के दौरान एके-47 और अन्य हथियार बरामद किए गए हैं। आम तौर पर इन हथियारों का इस्तेमाल वरिष्ठ माओवादी करते हैं। इन हथियारों की पहचान जल्द ही कर ली जाएगी।
