Welcome back to Clevver Games everyone I'm your host Andrea Rene here with news from Epic Games. The company is in the final countdown to the release of Gears of War 3 next week and to get people to jump right in to the game they have announced a new promotion.

Dubbed 'Golden Wings Week' the promotion rewards players for getting into online multiplayer action during the first week of release. Sponsored by the US Air Force, if you play a match on Xbox Live between September 20th and 26th you'll receive gold multiplayer weapon skins for the Lancer and Hammerburst.

There will be various other launch events happening for Gears including the giveaway of a Gears-themed chopper motorcycle from the Discovery's Channel's 'American Chopper.' The building of the bike will begin on the show tonight and will finish next Monday. The winner comes from a sweepstakes held at San Diego Comic-Con, but don't worry there will be lots of midnight launch events happening at Microsoft Stores across the U.S. as well as events in the U.K., Canada, Australia and more.

Epic's Cliff Bleszinski is very proud of the game and said, 'This is by far the biggest, most polished, and most ambitious game we've ever made.'
