धार जिले के धरमपुरी में बाय पास खलघाट मनावर रोड़ पर बीती रात सड़क दुघर्टना में बाइक सवार एक व्यक्ति की मौके पर दर्दनाक मौत हो गई, बाइक सवार व्यक्ति को अल्ट्राटेक सीमेंट कंपनी के वाहन ने टक्कर मारदी थी। बता दें कि बाइक सवार धरमपुरी से खलघाट की तरफ जा रहा था और सीमेंट कंपनी का वाहन खलघाट से धरमपुरी की तरफ आ रहा था तभी रात करीब 9:00 बजे के आसपास गुलाटी पेट्रोल पंप के पास सीमेंट कंपनी के वाहन ने बाइक सवार को टक्कर मार दी थी जिससे बाइक सवार व्यक्ति की मौके पर दर्दनाक मौत हो गई। सूचना मिलने पर धरमपुरी पुलिस सहित 108 एम्बुलेंस मौके पर पहुंची और बाइक सवार व्यक्ति को धरमपुरी के सरकारी अस्पताल पहुंचाया गया जहां डाक्टरों ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया। मृतक बाइक सवार व्यक्ति विजेंद्र सिंह पिता रामा अलावा बाकानेर के पास जलखेडा मनावर थाना क्षेत्र का निवासी था। आज सुबह मृतक का धरमपुरी के सरकारी अस्पताल में डॉक्टरों की टीम द्वारा पोस्टमार्टम कर शव परिजनों के सुपुर्द किया गया, फिलहाल धरमपुरी पुलिस ने सीमेंट कंपनी के वाहनों को जप्ती में लेकर घटना की जांच-पड़ताल में जुट गई और आगे की कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी है।

UltraTech Transporter Coordination Committee in Baga, Bilaspur has strongly protested against the trucks being brought back by the truck operator of Punjab because the raw material like Rakhi, red soil, iron soil and coal coming to UltraTech from different places of Punjab since 4 to 5 days. It is brought to the plant by the vehicles here but the returning raw material is being stopped by Dehani and Kiratpur Union and the drivers are being beaten up. They are being stopped from bringing back raw material. 3500 trucks from Solan and Bilaspur districts work in UltraTech cement factory, out of which more than 70 percent trucks go towards Punjab and cement for Punjab is also going through UltraTech plant. Daulat Singh Thakur said on behalf of UltraTech Transport Coordination Committee. That if our vehicles are stopped in Punjab then we too will be forced to take to the streets and no vehicle from Punjab will be allowed to enter Himachal.

आज से लागू भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता तीन नए कानून को लेकर पुलिस थाना परिसर में बैठक का आयोजन, लागू तीन नए कानून की दी गई सम्पूर्ण जानकारी।
धार जिले के धरमपुरी में भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता लागू तीन नए कानून को लेकर पुलिस थाना परिसर में बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। बैठक में नगर व आसपास ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के गणमान्य नागरिक बड़ी संख्या में उपस्थित थे जिनको पुलिस अधिकारी,अधिवक्ता और जनप्रतिनिधियों ने तीन नए कानून को लेकर सम्पूर्ण जानकारी दी साथ सभी ने लागू तीन नए कानून का स्वागत किया। बता दे अंग्रेजों द्वारा बनाए गए 150 साल पुराने कानून भारतीय दंड संहिता 1860 की जगह अब भारतीय न्याय संहिता 2023 भारतीय दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 के स्थान पर अब भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता 2023 तथा भारतीय साक्ष्य अधिनियम 1872 के स्थान पर अब भारतीय साक्ष्य अधिनियम 2023 को भारत सरकार द्वारा आज 1 जुलाई से लागू किया गया है। टीआई संतोष सिंह यादव ने कहा कि अब 1 जुलाई से नया कानून लागू हो गया है अब आपराधिक घटनाओं की प्राथमिक नए कानून के अनुसार दर्ज होगी सगीन आपराधियों के लिए मुश्किले बढ़ेगी। वहीं बैठक के माध्यम से नागरिकों में नए कानून को लेकर जागरूकता फैलाने के साथ साथ नए कानून के प्रभाव को समझने में भी मददगार साबित होगा। इस दौरान बैठक में अधिवक्तागण, गणमान्य नागरिक और मीडियाकर्मी मोजूद रहे।
