A crazy Bicep & Tricep Split routine. It will give you a great pump helping you hit that hypertrophy. A great routine to give you mass with specialized exercises in proper sequence. When we say do low reps, it means go heavy, when we say high reps like 15, it means concentrate on form and stamina.

Close Grip Barbell Curl (EZ bar)
4 Sets of 15 Reps

Alternate Dumbbell Curl (ARM ON BENCH) 4 Sets of 12 Reps

Pronated Curl (EZ BAR)
4 Sets of 21's (7, 7, 7)

Close Grip Preacher Curl
4 Sets of 12 Reps

Bench Dips
3 Sets of 15 Reps

Overhead Extension
6 Sets of 8-10 Reps

Close Grip Tricep Barbell Press
4 Sets of 12 Reps
