कोलवाळे गृहनिर्माण वसाहतीतील बांधकामे निकृष्ट दर्जाची असून या बांधकामांत मोठा घोटाळा झाला झाल्याचा आरोप इथल्या रहिवाशांनी केलाय. गेल्याच वर्षी या ठिकाणी अनेकांनी फ्लॅट खरेदी केले. पण एकच वर्षात इमारतीच्या भिंतींमधून पाणी झिरपू लागलंय. प्रसाधनगृहांमध्ये गळती लागलीये. या घोटाळ्याची सखोल चौकशी करावी, अशी मागणी इथल्या रहिवाशांनी केलीये.
