About a month ago the paparazzi, Andra Vaik, snapped some shirtless pics of Rob outside a Los Angeles gym. Andra claims that Rob was so upset about the photos that he attacked her and stole the memory card out of her camera. Rob has yet to make a statement about the lawsuit but when the incident occurred he defended himself and his behavior saying she had trespassed on private property to get the pics. An NCP woman leader lodged a complaint with police after she was brutally beaten up by BJP legislator Balram Thawani for protesting over the issue of water scarcity in the area. The incident which took place on Sunday near Thawani's office in Naroda was caught on camera by people present at the spot. Issuing his clarification, the BJP MLA told reporters, 'My intention was not to harm them. It was unintentional. I condemn this act. I got swayed by emotions, I accept my mistake, and it was not intentional. I have been in politics for the last 22 years, such a thing has never happened before. I will say sorry to her.'
