എല്ലാത്തരം മാലിന്യങ്ങളും തന്റെയീ പദ്ധതി വികസിപ്പിക്കാനാണ് അദ്ദേഹം ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത്.
പ്ലാസ്റ്റിക് ബോട്ടിലുകൾ, കുപ്പികൾ, ടിൻ ക്യാനുകൾ എന്നിവയെല്ലാം ബാഗുകൾക്കുള്ളിൽ നിറയ്ക്കുന്നു. ഈ വസ്തുക്കളടങ്ങിയ ബാഗ് ദ്വീപിൽ ഇടുന്നു. അതിന്റെ മുകളിൽ ഒരു വരി മണ്ണിടും. ഇത് ചെടികൾ വളരാൻ സഹായിക്കും. റിച്ചാർഡിന്റെ ദ്വീപിന്റെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ സവിശേഷത അത് ബോട്ടിന്റെയോ പായ്കപ്പലിന്റെയോ സഹായത്തോടെ എങ്ങോട്ടും നീക്കാമെന്നതാണ്. വളരെ സ്വയം പര്യാപ്തവുമാണ് ഈ ദ്വീപ്. പഴങ്ങൾ, പച്ചക്കറികൾ, ഔഷധങ്ങൾ തുടങ്ങി എന്തും ഇവിടെ വളർത്താം.
കൂടാതെ ഈ ദ്വീപിലെ വീട്ടിൽ എസി, ഫ്രിഡ്ജ്, തുടങ്ങി മറ്റെല്ലാ ഗൃഹോപകരണങ്ങളും ഇവിടെ ഉണ്ട്.
