Alright, so we are all awaiting the arrival of MC's new single 'We Can't Stop' and based on the artwork, it looks like we can expect a par-tay. Those red cups seems to be cheers-ing something, and based on Miley's song dedication, we think it's for her fans. She said QUOTE 'the really believe in me the whole time. And Miley didn't stop the party at the big single cover art because she took to Times Square for the reveal.
